When will I get my book? How is it shipped?
Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 days after payment clears. If there is a delay, I will be sure to contact you. The book is shipped via USPS media mail, which is the most cost efficient. If you need a different shipping method, please note that during the payment process or email me as soon as you complete your order..

Can I buy multiple books and donate to multiple organizations?
Of course! Just use the pre-ordering form several times. If the buttons stop responding, refresh the page. You won't lose your shopping cart.

Exactly how much money will be donated per book?
The short answer is approximately $14-15. Long answer is that everything will be donated except the printing cost (~$7) and shipping (~$3).
